The goal of the dietary services at DakotAbilities is to provide optimum nutrition to the people we assist and to promote overall health. DakotAbilities has a full time dietary manager on staff who monitors the food service operation including food safety and sanitation. DakotAbilities also has a registered and licensed consulting dietitian that assists with special dietary needs including diets for swallowing disorders, weight management, diabetes, and monitoring of tube feedings.
